Rude staff very patronising customer service and poor quality glasses. I have been numerous times and I have had issues with my glasses every time with defects in the lenses etc and when I have pointed them out to the person doing my fitting they have said they can't see the defect!?? Yet myself and a friend clearly could. I won't be coming back again needless to say and have told numerous people about the poor customer service and patronising staff. I would highly recommend using any independent optician as they value their customers a whole lot more. These lot come at you smiling and nice up until you have a issue with your glasses and then they change.
Lovely staff and great now I can see.
What a super opticians from start to finish I found the staff most helpful, polite and professional and I had my eye pictures explained to me clear and the advice and help with choosing frames brilliant
