My gf Becca went for her first session today. She found it fierce but fun, friendly and professional.
Extra care is being taken throughout, including a temperature check before your session, with antibacterial hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes are used to wipe down each piece after use.
Becca has booked another session on Wednesday and cannot wait to get back to it.
From what I have witnessed, this is a really friendly crossfit gym, where you will get trained, pushed and cared for.
Fantastic crossfit box, real community with a selection of times for classes.
