The customer service is excellent. No hard sell, I felt the team fully understood my needs, wishes, budget, and time scale. Amazing quality for the price. Very responsive and helpful. Its made the process so easy.

I don't normally write reviews but this company have been brilliant from start to finish. We met with Jack and he helped us to pick and design our kitchen, we never felt rushed and he gave us all the time we needed. The whole process was made easy and straightforward, we were kept up to date with the order and delivery times. The kitchen arrived on time and everything was as it should be. We have dealt with other companies in the past and there would always be something missing!! but no everything arrived in one piece packaged well and nothing missing.The kitchen is of a very high quality and we certainly have no complaints at all. All the staff are friendly and professional, Jack & Geoff were there to help with any queries we had along the way. I would strongly recommend this excellent company and I will be back soon to help my mum plan her new kitchen. Thanks guys!

From start to finish the level of service was amazing. The sales team were friendly, professional and not pushy at all. Unlike the other bigger kitchen suppliers in Exeter, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. Jack helped us design a kitchen using all available space-it was an easy and stress free process. We used a fitter recommended by Exeter Kitchen Store, Ryan Lucas and Sam Bowley they were very professional, finished on time and had great attention to detail. We had a small problem with the pull out larder and without hesitation a cabinet maker from the factory came to the house to fix the problem. We have now had our kitchen 4 months and we couldn’t be happier with the build quality and finish and it was excellent value for money.

From the moment we walked into the showroom to the finished fitting of the kitchen everything has been exceptional. Cannot fault the designing, plastering, electrician, plumber and kitchen fitter all of which were supplied by the company, they have all gone out of there way to make sure we were happy. Would not hesitate in recommending this team and company to anyone.
