October 2019 Exeter Branch . Very poor customer service , we had 5 legs missing on the order , 1 end panel the wrong size, four shelves missing, and a damaged panel . Our pull out larder was deleted from the order and replaced with static shelves , the manager doesn't listen and hides in his office leaving untrained younger staff to deal with you. The whole experience has left us deflated and wishing we had never set foot in Magnet . We have received replacement legs , and told the end panel is on order , and over the phone we can pay £160 for the pull out larder, but now the manager says £215" We are totally let down and the condescending emails that naturally flow from the showroom leave me feeling they cannot deal with a simple dispute, but rather frustrate and push away any customer satisfaction ..
