Good and safe environment, a little limited on selection but a lot more that supermarkets, staff seemed friendly enough and happy to help where needed.
I have visited several times since getting our new puppy and all of the staff have been really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Would recommend.

Well stocked & helpful staff, all the tropical fish were newly arrived tho so all tanks in quarantine, nothing to see there....
Just want to say what excellent customer service I had when I visited your store a couple of Sundays ago when we were up from Cornwall visiting family. The young lad on the till was extremely helpful and friendly and thought you should know.
