Wendy is a brilliant yoga teacher. She strikes a great balance between dynamic and more gentle, restorative practice. There is a great atmosphere in her classes which are down to earth and inclusive, with a fresh focus each week. I always come away feeling more centred, with a better sense of mind body connection. Highly recommended!
Love this yoga studio. Such a personal feel, and caters for all abilities. And children too, which is amazing. There’s no pressure but I always feel I’ve stretched myself. Shavasana is something else! Always a nice bunch of people too. Can’t recommend Wendy at Yoga in the Garden enough.
Fantastic instructer led yoga, small groups and in a bespoke studio. Lovely!
