Can't fault it. Local, Professional, friendly, well run. Local independent; great staff; cool, on-hand and knowledgeable owner, very clean; trainers, and owner train there and are always on hand to offer advice, says a lot; brilliant price-performance ratio (German: Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis). Tried many other commercial and council gyms in last 10 years. This one is the best by far. .

Small clean bespoke gym, state of the art equipment. Very friendly instructor. An excellent showering facilities. Most welcoming. Not over whelming for those who never been in a gym b4. Luke is ace. Knows his stuff. Nutrition as well. Thanks Luke. Maria 😁👍

Spent a few months in Exeter for work and needed a gym to join as I wanted to build strength for a triathlon. Tried a few but Quay Fitness was by far the best. Staff very friendly and supportive. Provided me with great planning and advice, and kept me motivated. Equipment was high quality and location ideal. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant gym with friendly and supportive staff who really knows their stuff. A refreshing change from the standard commercial gyms with an atmosphere that isn't intimidating and feels good to be part of. My PT, Dan Hall is someone who really listens to what you want to achieve, he will set up and be realistic with the best fitness/nutrition plan to suit you. He really encourages you to do your absolute best without being arrogant or pushy.
