This is an amazing gym and the teachers are excellent. The sessions are very engaging and really good fitness. The social distancing is taken very seriously, and the instructors are on top of it. I feel very safe when I'm in the gym because we are all so spread apart and in our own zone. Definitely would recommend training here.

Great experience coming to this club to train. Sonny and the team clearly have alot of experience and the Positive Start course is very welcoming regardless of your gender or ability level. Excellent cleanliness management during the COVID crisis too, well done team and thanks for your hard work.

FSC is a brilliant Muay Thai gym. They have been running engaging and challenging sessions throughout lockdown, and all sessions (whether they be on zoom or in person) are of equally high quality. Coach Sonny and Coach Lucky are so knowledgeable and supportive and have helped me to make so much progress. The classes are well run and the atmosphere is so welcoming. They have also dealt with Covid measures really well. I feel confident attending the gym as the Coaches are very stringent when it comes to hygeine and everything is run responsibly. To be honest, not sure what I would do without them! Highly recommend.

A fantastic gym! Coaches Sonny and Lucky are brilliant, really experienced and encouraging. Always a great positive atmosphere and good fun. Current Covid restrictions are taken very seriously with social distanced training and gym/equipment cleaned after every session to keep all safe. I encourage anyone to give it a try, my fitness has improved massivly after only a few weeks.
