I joined Birthwise not knowing what to expect, however, it really has been one of the best things I could have done for my pregnancy. The amount of expertise, knowledge and confidence I have gained just by attending these classes has been absolutely invaluable. I joined as a first time mum to be and was ready for the power to be taken away from me and to trust others' instincts rather than my own. Now however, these classes have put the power back in my lap and I now have the trust and confidence in my own body to be able to deal with any situation that may arise. Also Patricia has been so incredibly grounded throughout and that has been so refreshing. Through sharing her incredible insight and knowledge, I feel empowered and confident as a new mum to be. I would highly highly recommend Birthwise to any expectant mums, even if you are past your first!

I have attended the Wednesday night Birthwise groups since I was 15 weeks. I am a first time mum and had a rough imagine in my mind of how I wanted my birth to be but had no idea or belief in myself that is was remotely achievable! Since attending this course on a weekly bases with the support from Patricia and all the other wonderful women in the group I feel confident in my physical and emotional abilities to birth my baby. Patricia has done and continues to offer a safe space to discuss all aspects of pregnancy and birth which, over time, has built my confidence in myself and my body. I can't recommended these classes enough to any new mum. The knowledge and insight I have gained has been invaluable to my pregnancy and has resulted me feeling excited and positive about my birth ahead!

I joined this class from the moment they went online as I had just moved to the area when the lockdown was introduced. It has been incredible, I have a local group of friends I now hope to meet in person once restrictions are lifted and have enjoyed the weekly Yoga and Active birth classes online. Patricia has also included some other really useful workshops and a wealth of information which has been priceless in these times. Patricia is full of experience, knowledge and advise and has gone above and beyond, I highly recommend.

I would highly recommend attending the Yoga and Active Birth classes. They are informative, relaxing and always leave me feeling content and in control of my everchanging pregnant body. Patricia has extensive knowledge and offers a wealth of tips and insights into preganacy and birth. During this challenging time, the classes have been a consistent safe place to connect with other pregnant women and lift my spirits on a weekly basis. Thank you!

I put it down to Patricia's classes that I had such an incredible birth. I learnt so much from her that allowed me to trust my body to do what it needed to do. Not only did the yoga help with giving birth, it helped me to feel calm through my pregnancy. I learnt so much about how to look after myself and my baby. We also attended the couples course which helped my partner to trust my body too! Patricia has been an incredible support through my pregnancy and these early days of being a Mum. I cant thank her enough!
