Awful. Long gym closures, zero communication but they’re happy to take the money even when the gym is out of use. Also they will keep taking your money for the gym membership after you’ve cancelled it. If you quit the gym make sure you cancel your direct debit as filling in a cancellation form won’t do it. Still waiting for my refund, even after talking to the management.
Classes are fantastic, with great instructors. Showers are terrible.
Although the pool would be first rate, the pool isn’t ready yet and I really wouldn’t be happy with the facility without it. It is an expensive gym, having said this there are other attributes to the centres that try to include different disciplines throughout Exeter.
I worked for the company for some time the lack of organisation and authority from the management is a disgrace, I spent several months trying to get people to understand that I was handing I my notice.
Employees seam not to care about the company.

I have to say, I have contacted Simeon who refused to accept responsibility for anything, lifeguards leaving weekly,
The arena is just as bad.
Pyramids is one of the most unhygienic places I have worked it is appalling.
Lots of great classes, spin room a fantastic addition...pool would top it off nicely good value for money membership.
Need to get some mats down in the area where skates are issued out to prevent accidents. But great Roller Disco :). The gym is dramatically over priced for a centre that no longer has a swimming pool....but you can go to one of these other swimming pools an inconvenient distance away using your membership....thanks but no thanks- super disappointing
