Placed an order. Payment done. Waited for person to arrive. Kept tracking the order. After waiting for more than hour, I received mail saying the order has been canceled without any notice. After calling, came to know that there was some issue with system, that's a weird excuse which I have heard in a while and the person hung up the phone. Disappointed with service.
Food was cold and after eating half of the pizza I found a blond hair imbedded in the crust... I am a dark brunette for reference.
Had a set menu deal and they couldn't even delivery what I was ment to get!! Normally it's great but tonight disappointing!! 😔
I ordered a pizza some cookie and chicken strips I had eaten the chicken strips and the cookie and I could only eat two slices of the pizza and couldn’t eat no more it was so greasy it made me feel sick I will not be going back to them again
Even though I had long waiting time for collection on a Friday evening, the lady was very nice and apologised about it. I was outside watching my car so I avoid getting a ticket, so she even brought the pizza outside of the shop for me when it was ready.
The pizza was excellent, better than the one I usually have when dining in the Pizza Hut restaurants.
The 50% off pizza deal for Black Friday was a plus too!
