The second of our two moves went very well with fast work and efficient moving from the house and then all boxes etc put in the right place in the new house. Furniture was properly reassembled. The people doing it were freindly, responsive and considerate of our needs. Good company. the director himself came round to do the survey and make the quote and they really helped us out of a hole by being imaginative in their approach to our issues - which were to do with late notice and a complex move to two two houses.

The team were simply brilliant. They packed our entire house in a day with ease and made sure we were out of our old house on the day of completion with plenty of time to spare. The packing itself was excellent, everything was carefully wrapped to ensure no damage and nothing was left unpacked! On the say of moving, the weather was awful but the team ensured they put down protective coverings to protect our new home. Absolutely fantastic service and communication from Joel as well! Thank you so so much for making our move seamless.

Very smooth removal with Britannia Lanes of Devon, the crew did a great job packing and protecting our furniture. They were very courteous throughout the day and took great care handling everything. Will definitely contact Britannia again for our next move.
