All Swim provide the most brilliant service and I can’t recommend them highly enough! I ordered liquid chlorine that many of my usual suppliers would not deliver and it arrived within 2 days. Jane was really helpful on the phone and provided much needed, concise and clear home ‘pool’ schooling. She’s a star! In the current climate great service matters more than ever before especially for those of us having to isolate at home. Great company, great service!
Customer service doesn't exist. I have been waiting 5 months to have my hot tub fixed. I have called everyday this week and even sent an email (which has been ignored) but all I get told is that they have spoken to the engineer who was supposed to have called me, I'm still waiting. If they have spoken to the engineer then why can't All swim tell me what's wrong! Shocking service when you spend over £5000 on a product that's not very old.

First class service from start to finish. Our pool resembled what can only be described as a swamp but the guys at all swim came out promptly to assess and give us options for our budget, and were always on hand to answer any questions.
The pool is now restored and I will be using allswim for any maintenance and aftercare.
I ordered a Certikin pool cover 30x15ft with a 4-6 week delivery estimate. The cover arrived within 3 weeks and I was kept informed at all times. Great service, good prices, very professional. Thanks to Jane and the team! (Rob, Stoke-on-Trent).
