The owner of this shop is very rude. Have swore at customers in front of customers so definitely needs customer service training and a attitude adjustment. This is the first poor review I've had to do as normally meet really polite and helpful staff especially when it comes to small businesses. I work in customer services myself and if I spoke to customers the way he does I would of lost my job on the first day. Just because he owns the shop he thinks he can treat people any way he want and not be a professional.
