Always good service and a smile 😃
Has everything you'd need for your pet and very helpful and friendly staff.
Great selection of product. Staff incredabilly helpful and knowledgable! Nothing was to much trouble. Even spent some time searching for spare part for my tank that pets at home sold (waited 6 months for pets at home to get the part and got fed up being fobbed off).

I am very 'Impressed' with how efficient the team members are. They are very polite, light hearted and always serves with a smile. Everytime I visit the Ark Pet Centre there is never a que and I always get served straight away. They do a points scheme where you get points for shopping and at the end of it you get a free voucher to spend within the Ark Pet Centres. I've had quite a few vouchers over the years. They are always happy to answer any questions I may have. You can see that they are all dedicated and passionate about their jobs. They are really helpful, in fact they can't help you enough. They are never too busy to stop and chat to me, no matter how lengthy the conversation is with them. They also share knowledge and give me good advice regarding my pets. I always get my pet supplies from here, their products are always at a good high quality standard. I have built a positive relationship with the team while I've been shopping there over the years. They are all nice, lovely people and they are genuine. I get on well with them all. A big massive thank you to all the 'Ark Pet Centres' team, you're all doing a great job. I strongly recommend the 'Ark Pet Centre' for all your pets needs. They are absolutely brilliant.😉😃
