Amazing fresh hand made burritos with a great selection of fillings. Portion sizes are superb and with a range of extras to suit tastes. Staff are always friendly and efficient but never make you feel rushed. Great place for lunch, just be prepared to take it away during peak times as seating is limited.

As much as the monster burrito looked impressive it lacked everything but rice and dry tough meat, there was no sauce no cheese no onions no beans it was like eating a burrito full of sand

Big portions and lots of options. But not the best burrito you can get around here. The guacamole isn't good, and I would recommend tortilla, barburrito, or death valley burrito over this place. Not mad I tried it but won't have it again.

Wouldn't touch this company again with a barge pole, in fact I wouldn't order from this company if they were the last restaurant open in Cardiff purely down to how terrible their customer service was. Our first order arrived after an hour, it was the wrong order and we were told by the member of staff who answered the phone 'sorry I placed the orders on the desk, my colleague must of mixed them up' they then claimed to send us the correct order which again we waited over an hour for but never actually arrived, when I called to ask were the order was they said they had now shut but no one from just eat had collected our order meaning we had waited 2 and a half hours for no food. These guys are a company and have responsibility for their paying customers which they obviously don't care about. If I didn't ring we would of waited all night for a delivery that wasn't ever going to arrive. Absolute joke of a service and company

Usually love it here but customer service a let down. Some items missing from my order, phoned to explain and told that it must be a matter of opinion because the staff member was "sure they'd put it in" Offered to sent photo of meal as proof but wasnt wanted. Must have fairies in the boxes eating part of the orders whilst being deliverered. No replacement given.
