This company is shambolic! I ordered a custom sized Aspire Plus veranda with gable window, their surveyor visited to do the measurements himself, assuring multiple times that he got everything perfectly measured. Firstly, it took them 3 attempts to deliver as twice they scheduled delivery but it didn't happen and then not all parts were delivered, so wasted two days of my builders time. Secondly, when parts finally arrived they were of incorrect length. Since from the beginning it was apparent that posts are longer on purpose and had to be cut we proceeded with the installation cutting the posts and rafters. But when the actual glass roof panels and the gable window arrived, it was clear that those are also too long. Cutting those panels made from laminated glass is not something that can easily be done. Moreover, gable window has a frame which also cannot be cut. When I queried this issue with Neal Young, Fraser Brooks and Paul Ferguson from Sunspaces - the response was that it is my problem since I signed the order form and I was responsible for the measurements being correct! So they acknowledged that incorrectly sized parts were supplied but the response is simply ridiculous given the fact that Sunspaces had their surveyor doing the measurement. My continuous attempts to get Sunspaces to do anything about the problem are not getting anywhere as they simply do not reply, as if nothing is wrong.
