I reported a theft by Hermes couriers to IRC Devon and Cornwall Police. The initial officer conducting triage on online reports was a human being: empathic and with her heart in the right place concerning the pursuit of justice. Once the complaint reached the IRC team it was stopped. D and C police decided to settle for Hermes' 'it's lost' explanation, even though the item (value the best part of £1000) was in the possession of the Hermes driver and listed as 'not delivered, damaged' and thus viable lines of enquiry were possible. If you check Hermes reviews it becomes obvious that there is widespread theft of property entrusted to that courier across the UK and Europe. Property doesn't fall down a big hole somewhere. It is stolen by Hermes staff. Sadly, Devon and Cornwall Police (and presumably the Chief Constable of that force) are content to turn a blind eye to widespread theft and, by extension, massive, annual insurance fraud. When the Police become administrators more interested in statistics and clearing their desks than the pursuit of justice then we are well on our way to a society founded on profit and self-interest, not one founded on care for fellow citizens.

They have a very good selection of clowns, all who have silly outfits & suitably clueless expressions on their faces but not many jugglers, trapeze artists & magicians, so I find this circus to be unsatisfactory.

Devon Cornwall police helped me after s bad accident, saw to it I got back to my hotel and generally talked me through some terrifying moments. I give them all my blessings. They really ROCK!!!

My name's Cherelle Smith torbay haytor ward Newton road torquay tq2 7aa. I'm trying to report abuse and request cameras for mental health wards in hospitals but not being listened to!!! It's important and I believe they are planning on killing me in Torbay and claiming suicide because I'm trying to out a paedophile ring that includes professionals dont know for certain as they are covering there backs well and because of suspicion but I know a murder is gonna happen in isle of wight mental hospital within the next 6 months please can I have some advice who other than the cqc to request cameras as actual abuse even of children that happens like at ysbyty ystrad fawr! And a&e hospital Leicester royal infirmary Nobody would expect abuse to happen in hospitals!! ive been trying to out a paedophile ring and not been successful!!! Ive currently been put on a section 3 at torbay haytor ward devon uk and abusers are currently covering there backs well. Theres alot more abusers than most realise and most paedophiles are in a ring!! and unless get caught out its the stereo type elderly men who get outed when there are paedophiles of all types of appearances and professions some appear the married couple type and some promiscuous as most are consenters as well as child abusers theres more women abusers than most realise who nobody would expect!!! My lifes on the line and abusers have locked me away in hospital and are planning on killing me and claiming suicide and in the next few months planning on murdering my mum in a horrific way in isle of wight and hiding the body i know my uncle dean smith and dad richard muthra and nurse from leicester royal infirmary helen are turning up to murder her and lisa and angie heath are planning this also please put a protection over my mum debbie hurley as they are really out to get me!! I'm currently at Torbay hospital and believe because I've been trying to out a paedophile ring am gonna be murdered here and them claim suicide the consultant is trying to find me accomodation at conifer lodge but im gonna be refusing as I'm not safe there either and would like to either live with my mother again or have accomodation in a busy enviroment like London for my safety!!! Even though Dr cant has been controlling and adamant I can't get transferred. The consultant has gave me only one night a week at where my mother is staying and 4 hours leave a day. When before from another consultant when the current Dr cant was on holiday I had every other night on leave and was progressing as soon as Dr cant came back took my leave away and made it once a week they are worried I will get evidence on how to report them as abusers soon!!! I am not safe here at night and am worried about night staff Duncan, Lisa, Natalie, zack and isaiah as behaviour from one last night was inappropriate not all was on shift together last night though. Please report what I'm saying and Im choosing to stay here rather than go conifer lodge unless forced against my will to go because at least there's suspicion on this hospital now!!!

A joke as normal put me through to the collisions department for a hit and run , but pointless as apparently they can hit vheicals as it's not in the public interest and cctv was given......and u wonder why people don't go to the police!
