I highly recommend CityVets Heavitree! I can't thank Caroline and the team enough for such passion, care and professionalism. Caroline showed such compassion and total dedication when looking after my Evie on her final days and then passing. She was 16 years old. She could not have been more supportive at such a sensitive time. She has also gone beyond her duties to oversea the health and wellbeing of my other two cats, Raffy and Valentina. They are such important members of the family. I will always be truly grateful Caroline!

Just received a text reminder for our appointment tomorrow – great service. This will be our second visit. I was very impressed after the first – they were super helpful, caring and reassuring. Just what I needed for my 9 week old puppy! It's so important to have confidence in people and although this is just the beginning I'm very pleased with my experience 😊
