We had a fantastic experience this week when we moved house locally. Shawn was very pleasant in the lead up to the move, organising dates and times and delivering extra boxes when we needed them. On the day, the guys arrived at 8am and loaded up the vans so quickly. They were all very nice chaps, very polite and respectful of our belongings. When we moved in I was amazed at the way the team pulled together to get everything in place so quickly, nothing was too much trouble and they moved bits of furniture around to suit where we wanted them. We were all done by 2.30! Having unpacked, none of our belongings suffered any damage at all. The Removal Company are fab, we have used them twice now and been so impressed, would highly recommend them as they take a lot of the stress out of moving day!
Great service, boxes provided in good time to allow for packing so no rush at the end. The guys moved everything quickly, efficiently and with no damage or breakages. After a long day we were glad they were unloading us at the new house as we were tired by the time we had the keys.
Very pleased with our removals service. Great guys who were hardworking and very pleasant. Just a little put out that we had to pay the full amount before we moved after being told we pay on the day. However, we would use again and will recommend to others.
Edit: Following this review, Shawn has made it very clear he is unhappy about being given 4 stars by emailing us then putting the same email as a reply to our review and asking us to consider changing it to 5 stars. The whole point of reviews is to be honest about your personal experience which is exactly what we did. Shawn only sent the link to rate his business if we were willing to give 5 stars, again not the point of honest reviewing. The guys who did the move were fabulous and we gave them a tip, it's just a shame Shawn is making a big issue about this and actually letting himself down..... not our POSITIVE review.
We recently moved house using the services of the removal company. Shawn and the team were very responsive, responsible and professional in everything they did. Great value for money as they provided more than adequate packing materials. They made what would usually be a stressful day much better and easier to manage.
Fantastic team! Very professional from start to finish. Friendly, prompt and cared about what they were doing. They really took care of our worldly possessions as if they were they're own. Would highly recommend them!
