Bad first.. You have to pay to drop off.. unless you stop at traffic lights to unload pasengers.

Now the good..
Corvid protection is active and adhered to.
Security guy was nice n friendly checking boarding pass.
Security doing the baggage checks n machine that u hope don't go beep, were polite, efeicient. Put me at ease.
Navigator pub n restaurant.
Staff were attentive, polite n friendly, they seem happy to be there (it was 04:45 am).
I had plain porridge n a café Latte, the porridge was nice and the coffee tasted of proper coffee 😀
Prices were as expected for such an establishment.
All in all very happy 😀 (let us drop off for free n I would of given 5 stars)
Absolutely brilliant in my eyes.
Not very often you can walk into an airport at 5-15 and something is open to get a bite to eat and a cuppa.
Couldn't have wished for more, flight was empty best one ive ever been on and get this took off 10 min early.
Considering i was getting out of Britain its like they wanted me to go.
Thanks Bournemouth for making it so easy, especially when there are so many who want to get into the UK.
Keep up the good work.
Good airport to fly from considering the short queues and quick security and border control. Access from Southampton has improved with recent road works. £3 for drop off/collection would be OK if there was some alternative for pedestrians or even the possibility of turning the car around. If you get onto the airport access road the charge is basically imposed on you. The physical buttons and coin tokens to regulate entry and exit from the car park seem from another era.
First time in new extended airport.
Plenty of space with added food and drink facilities.
Costa and Travelex closed.
Why after a development are they missing a water fountain, charge points?
The screens for flight information are tiny.
Some little details that any modern airport should include.
Can’t cover the basics!
I made sure to read airport information before my arrival which stated that all restaurants/cafes were open.
Arrived after a 3 hour journey to be told by staff they were closed.
Asked where I could get a bottle of water... I couldn’t - Not even from the half empty vending machine.
Very disappointed, starving and thirsty!
A long journey with no facilities before my journey has even really started.
