Great place, friendly staff, food not great

The staff are so friendly and will do anything to make your visit better. The food is all decently priced and the bowling facilities are excellent. Would absolutely recommend for any occasion!

Asked to pay for my food and drink whilst my hands were in my food eating. Horrible service. We were also only allowed one drink per person. I’ve never heard Boris Johnson state that places which serve alcohol should allow customers one drink only, again ridiculous! Wont be coming back here.

Anna at the reception desk was very helpful today and took care of me and my friends well. She was very friendly and gave a warm welcoming, service was great. Her colleagues did a great job too, thank you!

We have booked a slot for bowling and been told to come 15 min earlier. We came as requested and had to wait 30 min till we reached the bowling till. After we had to wait another 20 min for our lane to be free. Eventually we got to the game, but the moment we finished, which was about 20 min later, the staff member told us we need to leave as there are other people waiting. REALLY? What is the point of booking is you have to wait 40 min? Clearly someone needs to learn how to manage bookings properly. Another thing, the staff members should be wearing masks on their faces, not under the chin. I understand it's hot and you are running around like mad, but if people in the hospital manage to wear full PPE all day, so can you! In other words, not coming here ever again and do not recommend to anyone.
