Have found the content of the course invaluable ,giving you tools to use ,information and analysis which help you understand how everything is linked .Alexa has a deep understanding of the human condition and how it affects the body and this comes from her overcoming personnel challenges herself.T he course is packed with lots of lectures,meditations and well worth the cost .Support is given throughout to guide you ,once you integrate the advice into your life it transforms the way you think giving you more confidence ,happiness and relief .
