After being registered with various previous doctors based in Poole, Bournemouth and Blandford, I can truly say I was shocked at the service provided by The Old Dispensary. After previous experiences with other surgeries, I was expecting long delays for appointments and useless receptions who when they can be bothered to answer the phone seem to take joy from being as unhelpful as possible. This was absolutely not the case with The Old Dispensary. The receptionist is the most friendly greeting I could hope for, the nurses are wonderful and Dr Deverell is patient, informative and kind. I am not the kind of person to write a review, especially for a doctors surgery however I'm blown away by their exemplary treatment and am so grateful. Thank you so much

Fantastic results for appointments and services in the echo tonight. This is a great caring doctor's surgery. You can always get an appointment when you need it.... the reception ladies are the most friendly and helpful I've come across ...Well done team...thank you for all you do.
