Good hygiene and social distancing in place and nice friendly staff. However it seems far more to be about selling you new glasses, even though it transpired that would not see any better out of the new glasses I bought, rather than eye care or what's best for the customer. 3 pairs for nearly £400. Money refunded after discussion so all good in the end. Still a bit disappointed though.

Very friendly staff with great customer service. Seemed very good system with hygiene (although I think wipes would be better than spray for cleaning). Incredibly busy. I think the whole experience would be a lot better and less of a wait if they booked less appointments and then there'd be less people in the shop too. However, would recommend to others.

Once again another amazing experience for myself and my son. KAT & LAUREN are simply amazing. A real credit to the company. No matter how busy they are, you never feel rushed or feel like your taking up to much of their time. All the covid restrictions are spot on, not over the top but the perfect amount! You know you are safe but you don't feel like a test experiment in a lab.

I went to specsavers on the Sunday and the staff there were excellent especially sue who did my eye test and kat who helped me choose some glasses. They were so amazing, patient and so lovely. So easy to talk to, outstanding services from both of them. Everything was clean and they made sure all safety precautions were in place to keep staff and customers safe
