Committed practice friendly approachable excellent patient care community district nurses
Woefully inadequate care of elderly relative - a refusal to test back pain later manifested as cancer which proved terminal. Cannot express sufficiently the disgust at this lack of care. On the question of budget vs care, it seems, budget comes out trumps.
