Fantastic food and service. I would really recommend.
Number one Indian takeaway, food and serving was great. And excellent management as well, very friendly.
Firstly, we entered and no-one asked for Track and Trace details, despite notices on the the tables; QR code scanning did not work (no signal).
Papadums arrived, but were soft; replaced on our complaining.
Drinks arrived, including one alcohol-free Heineken which would not pour; closer examination revealed that the neck of the bottle was sealed with a plug of solid mould; expiry date on the bottle was "Sept 2020" (today is October 3, 2020); waiter replaced it with another, which was dated "Aug 2020" - even older. Manager blamed a staff-member for the lapse, and offered the drink at no cost.
Food arrived, which was acceptable.
Time to leave, and a visit to the Gents' toilet - which appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time.
Included in the bill is a 12.5 % Service Charge - presumably as they do not expect gratuities.
Management appears lackadaisical at best; shows little respect for customers, and scant regard for public health.
We shall not visit again.
Great food and service, will be back!
