I have recently been receiving weekly physio treatment from Paul and couldn’t recommend Bridge Health & Wellbeing more. From the receptionist that first greets you to the rest of the team that you pass by in the building, everyone is extremely friendly and makes you feel completely at home. Especially appreciated given wider circumstances! Paul has been brilliant at addressing my long term issues. His initial assessment was extremely clear and I appreciated him answering my questions with more detail whenever I probed further. I immediately felt comfortable that we were on the right path. Paul always sent me away with a clear set of exercises to do at home and even provided me with a resistance band to help. Our rehab sessions in person were extremely helpful to test my strength and for Paul to step things up so I was always progressing. Beyond all of the above, Paul is very easygoing and a great person to just chat with while getting treatment. I recommended him to my girlfriend after I had started getting treatment and I will continue to recommend him to others in the future. Thanks Paul!

Fantastic in all areas! Expert knowledge and expertise from Paul in some one-to-one sessions with the aim of improving my ankle stability and pain prevention after recurring issues from an old football injury. After the assessment process, the issue with my ankle was broken down and explained before we got to work in the gym area with a series of exercises designed to build up the strength in my ankle and improve the stability. Three months on form my last session, I've kept up some of the exercises that Paul recommended and my ankle has never felt better! It's such a relief not having to worry about my ankle now when I'm coaching at my Tennis club, I can't thank the guys at Bridge Health and Wellbeing enough!

I contacted Paul recently as I was in a lot of pain with my back and was so pleased to get a same day appointment. Paul was very thorough in ensuring he knew everything about my relevant history. His treatment was excellent and felt great with a very fast improvement in the pain. In fact after a second appointment I was completely better. Paul also showed me a number of exercises to do at home which I have done religiously and I think that has been a great help too. Would thoroughly recommend Bridge Health & Wellbeing

After having some knee issues I spoke with Paul and within days I was assessed and was soon on a rehabilitation schedule. Excellent facilities, experienced physio and professional advice. I would recommend to anyone.

I have been recently struggling with neck pain and am so glad I made an appointment at Bridge Health & Wellbeing. After my appointment it instantly felt much better. I was thoroughly assessed and treated and was given some exercises to do at home to help me. The clinic is a really lovely, great atmosphere and I got a really postive and professional welcome. I will be back!
