Incredible gym, with an even more incredible group of members. Really welcoming, would highly recommend getting in touch if you are at all interested in crossfit. There are free tasters.... And it is super clean and sanitised!

Liam is a super friendly guy who will push you your limits and get the best out of you. Every exercise done is easily modifiable to your skill level.
