I got my food almost instantly and it was definitely up to standards :)
KFC despite being my favourite of the ‘big 3’ (KFC, Burger King & McDonalds) can be very hit and miss. When it’s hit it’s wonderful, when miss while never inedible just luke warm and dull. Anyhow visited here for my first KFC this year Thursday 10th Sept and it was probably the best KFC I’ve ever had! And I’ve had A LOT, here and in the US. Piping hot and delicious! Lovely large bits of meaty juicy chicken cooked perfectly & even their fries! Which are nice freshly cooked, who knew?! Plus the staff were smily and really friendly and kept my bag safe for an hour when like a moron I walked out without it!
Shame on you KFC Aberystwyth!!! Cold chips, lukewarm chicken. Disinterested member of staff. My husband on crutch and she expected him to carry 2 drinks and our food order without offering a cup holder! Very grudgingly handed one too him. Didnt enjoy food at all.......
Absolutely disgusting - I had to watch a coughing customer who was not wearing a mask practically crawl through the glass window while complaining about his order to 4 members of staff, none of whom saw fit to enforce covid rules. Then they tried to hand me a water bottle the afore mentioned customer had just returned.
Until such a time that you implement measures to keep out these disgusting disease vectors I won't be eating at KFC
Food made and cooked to good standard. Floor was very slippy but it's understandable.
