Great customer service when tracking my parcels, staff and management always helpful and polite.

One star too generous. Never deliver successfully or use their initiative and leave with a neighbour like every other courier service, then they shut at 2pm on a weekday, so if you work for a living, there's no chance of picking up your parcel. Bravo!

Absolutely hopeless. Never answer the phone. Sneak "you were not in notes" when you were in, because they couldn't be bother delivering it. One star, but should be no stars but it wouldn't let me.

I was in when they came but didn’t even hear a knock, they left a “you were not in note” without having the littlest of patients to wait or knock again...

Never answer the telephone when they do they put you on hold for about 20-30 mins wait about a week to 2 weeks minumum for delivry
