Found very difficult to resolving my issue as no body replies me on my complaints as there is a mistake in my postcode and because of this my parcel shows undelivered reason postcode error. I write this issue to several time but no response.
I sent them a complaint. No reaction. I got an empty and damaged envelope. I don't know where the package was lost. But you should respond to complaints. Avoid cooperation with this company
Recieved a package from this company written in my name and address. Yet I did not order anything.
