An absolutely hopeless delivery company. Delivered a parcel to the entirely wrong address. Gave proof of delivery (without saying that it hadn't been delivered to the destination address, with an indecipherable signature and no name). Then phoned to say it was still in the warehouse and would be delivered three days later. Delivery did not take place. When I phoned them up to chase it, they disappeared for 10 minutes and came back to say they still had it and it would be delivered the next day. The next day they phoned up to say it had gone missing and that I would have to make a claim. Do NOT use them.
