Would give no stars if I could. Ordered online a £10.99 jokers cane for a costume and when it arrived literally looked like something from Poundland such bad quality asked for a full refund, was told I’d have to return it and PAY for the postage. Even though it cost me £4.00 to get it delivered in the first place so either way I’ll be out of pocket.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Received the item and it was too small and the socks had holes in. I emailed to make them aware that it was too small, that the socks had holes in and the costume looked worn and they advised me to return the costume. I paid for the item to be returned to them, which they received and then they emailed me telling me they wouldn't be refunding me as the costume looks worn and they would return the costume to me! Absolute joke of a company. I told them it looked worn, and I also told them to was too small.. and now I am £30 out of pocket, and having a costume returned that I can NEVER wear - Nor do I want to wear as someone else has clearly worn it!

Amazing servicem ordered a costume and had a button missing from the costume. Had been few weeks since ordered before we checked the costumes. Emailed them and within a few hours had a response,apology and a new costume sent out. Couldnt be happier and the service is one of the best i have recieved. Would use them again without question. Thank you

An absolute disgrace - a complete joke. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had to deal with a more inept company in my life. The order didn't arrive anywhere near when it said it would so I didn't receive it in time for the party at which I intended to wear the costume. Then, the business sent a duplicate order to the wrong address so I ended up having to wait around for a DPD delivery that was going to a completely different address. When I requested a refund I was told that this would only be possible once I had returned the items that I had not yet received.I was also informed that postage does not get refunded. Customer service is an alien concept to this "joke" business and the warehouse and sales teams are completely estranged and siloed so getting any form of cohesion around product and service is nigh on impossible. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to go to a shop and buy something (which is what I ended up doing). Cheaper, less hassle and won't have to deal with a company like Jokers' Masquerade.

Zero Stars Unfortunately - I experienced very poor customer service. My order was made well in time for the shipment to be made that same day, but the item was not dispatched until 2 days later This meant that my order did not arrive in time. There was NO apology or offer to refund from Jokers' Masquerade. Very disappointing indeed
