Assistant was brilliant I needed new driving glasses as I had broken the only pair I had . The assistant sorted 2 pair for me within 1 hour . Understanding my pridicumint to help me out. As I needed them. To drive very helpful and pleasant member of staff .as am sure all your staff are. I would like to thank her for her help .Very happy with my glasses. Thank you
All staff very pleasant and helpful. Georgia was the optician I saw, very friendly and explained everything well from start to finish. Will continue to come here.
Had a routine eye test here 1st Aug. Saw optician Angela who was excellent. I've had a problem with my eyes in the past and she took the time to explain things really well. Usually visit Liverpool city centre branch but will be coming back here next time.
They did a great job checking my eyes explaining everything in detail so helpful also worked out the best price for my new glasses the staff where so polite always cleaning everything down due to the corona virus

Called in here on the offchance of getting a replacement frame for my broken glasses. Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Patsy. She replaced the lenses into the new frame and nothing was a problem. This young woman deserves credit for her wonderful customer service.
