An amazing GP's office. Been here for the majority of my appointments. Apart from when I lived away. Now my little one goes here. Staff have always been friendly and courteous. The doctors and nurses do an amazing job. Never been left waiting long, and they have always been willing to explain things further I'd needed.

I am not someone who lives at the doctors! However, whenever I ring the surgery, I find the reception staff helpful, and polite. I see Dr Saunders, who is a warm, understanding, professional, and very knowledgeable doctor. I am grateful for the time she gives me when I visit the surgery.

The reception staff are very rude on the phone. For someone like me who doesnt find it easy to talk on the phone have one of your staff be rude really has a knock on my self-esteem.
