There is one particular member of the reception staff that in my opinion should NOT be a medical receptionist. She has absolutely no empathy and a bad attitude. There are other however that are extremely helpful and go the extra mile. Also don't agree with the doctors using bad language.

An excellent GP surgery. We have been with them since we first moved to Southport and would not consider moving. The doctors are approachable and caring, the receptionists are always helpful and will try to solve problems if they can, and the practice nurse is excellent. Would highly recommend!
