e called at 5.13 for a taxi at 7. 10pm no one arrived sow we called the taxi driver, he said he would be 15 minutes... Half hour had past so we called the office... For him to tell us the driver wasn't coming... Without telling us. So we lost our seats at the restaurant we booked. We called a minumin of 10x they hung up on us multiple times. And didn't care about our experience. We are not fro the area and booked a nice meal for the evening ... For this taxi company to ruin our exprenice completely. Do not use
Our friends were recommended Anytime Cars by the hotel they were staying in.
The driver was nice and so we asked him to book another return trip later that evening.
Just in case I also called the main office and confirmed booking.
I was told by the main office that he would confirm and call back...he never did.
I called the main office a further three times at half hour intervals....the phone was bot answered.
Finally I used another phone with a different number..it was immediately answered this time.
I asked what was going on. I was advised I could not bookings with a driver. I replied, that is why I phoned the main office. My request for a taxi was ignored. I had to make alternative arrangements with Roadrunners. My guests were finally collected. Don't be disappointed (and frustrated). Don't use this company.
I am posting this as requested by my mother and her friend who aged 87 struggled getting their suitcases out of a boot of a car and to the taxi as the taxi driver watched them from the driving seat. What kind of man does that let alone someone in a service industry. Anyone requiring a modicum of civility beware!
Was told wait time was 10 mins. Half hour later I called the office and the man kept ignoring me on the phone and then hanging up. When the cab driver called me after I'd given up and started walking home I missed the call, but when I called the company straight back the man started to shout at me for not picking up the driver's call. Pathetic company. Do not waste your time.
My daughter was in dorking and coulnt get back to walton. Despite the snow, and the fact that the drivers shift had finished, he went out of his way to make sure she got home safely. Thank you so very very much .
