Just had to return my new frameless glasses to Carmarthen having only picked them up on Monday. The arm on one side just fell off. These glasses cost £363.75. I live over 30 miles away so that’s 60 miles round trip and two hours driving. And for all this trouble I was given four packs of Lens Wipe.
I will definitely not be going back there.
