I went to see Catryn with significant loss of hearing over some time, due to wax. She was friendly, informative and professional throughout the appointment, and the process of wax removal was painless and in my case quite quick. The difference in hearing was marked! I can hear normally again!

I want to say a very big thank you to Catryn Roberts the Audiologist that rectified my Mother's hearing problems. My Mother went in to her appointment feeling a little nervous and slightly sceptical as to whether anything could be done about her hearing problem. When she left the Clinic she was over the moon with joy as her hearing had been restored to its previous level before she had started to have problems with a build up of wax. My Mother is 87 and thought that her hearing was going permanently. My Mother went to the Nurture Centre as a last resort, next time, she says, she is going to call the Nurture Centre as a first resort. Thank you so much for making such a big difference.
This is an excellent service. Catryn removed a very large plug of wax from my right ear. The whole process was performed very professionally; it was totally painless and didn't take very long. I thoroughly recommend both micro-suction and Catryn for her pleasant, easy, yet professional manner.
ALLEARS was excellent and now my hearing is so much better.A quick appointment and very professional service. I would recommend this procedure and company to all.
