AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST! This place is just as the other reviews describe, they really don't care about people's health and it shows. The attitude the staff have towards patients especially elderly is shocking. A elderly family member of mine needed to get a flu jab and he also has a big painful cyst on his leg. He has many health conditions such as diabetes and he's prone to infections. They gave him a flu jab begrudgingly but when he asked about another injection he needed to have due to diabetes they all laughed in his face and made fun of the poor man. This has really affected my family member and now he's lost hope that he'll even get the help he needs. They told him to sort the cyst out himself which in the long run he will need to because they won't see him. But any medical professional should know that it is very risky for a patient to cut a cyst because they are at risk of making it get infected. They phoned this morning to say he did need the other injection and they asked if he wanted to be booked to get it. But my member told them "After how you treated me yesterday I will never be coming back again" They made the poor man cry! On the day he bit his tongue but on the phone he told them in his own words "Don't worry I wont come back to you again, since you don't care and by the time I need your help I'll be dead anyway." Ridiculous service, your staff should be ashamed because you've basically rolled your eyes on an elderly man's health. He's very upset and ashamed of himself with how you staff treated him. He was recommended to these for a while and most of the time they've been good but this time its just disgusting how horrible all of you are. We know that they must be under stress and they don't want to see many people but there must be a better way of dealing with people like him who are vulnerable and need flu vaccines. NEVER GOING BACK

I have been through a lot in my life and I have have had lots of help getting my life back together not just by the doctors but the receptionists aswell I have to say doctor Alice Williams And doctor Ben price have been absolutely amazing. So I would like to say thank u very much for everything

Went in today and receptionist with short brown hair lied to my face and said there's no afternoon emergency appointments when I know there are for a fact as I've been to one! The other receptionist- large, glasses and long dark hair backed her up. How can you argue with that? The receptionists in general are rude and behave above their station. Thanks to their unhelpful attitude I have had a week of worry and stress

They don't seem to care about people's health phone is always engaged and can't get through to make a appointment

Do they actually answer the phone's. 110 attempts and no answer. Surely you cant call this a good service.
