Great service, good prices. Jade (Manager) was more than helpful in helping us choose our locker and hiring us the a van.
Everything was very clean, dry and neat and would highly recommend if you need short or long term storage or van hire. Helped us no end through our move!
Stored our daughters stuff after leaving university. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The facilities are excellent and very secure. And i have to say that the prices are very reasonable. We even got a refund for vacating earlier than we had paid for. Highly recommend this company.
Jade and Paul were extremely helpful and polite! Best customer service I've received in a long time, nothing is too much trouble and Paul even made me a nice cuppa and offered me a biscuit too. The site is clean and well presented, really professional set up and maximum security. They even do van hire which I wish I was aware of before as the price is more than reasonable. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you Storage Factory!!!!!!!
The team were so lovely! We had a last minute move and after struggling with other storage providers, Storage Factory really came through for us!
It was really clean, easy to access 24/7 and was one of the only local storage facilities I could find offering a minimum of a week storage (rather than a month).
We ended up renting a van from them too which was a great deal - £65 for 24 hours with optional additional insurance options which were only a couple of quid extra (unlike the £40+ we've been charged from other van rental companies).
I will always recommend for anyone looking for long or short term storage!
Really friendly and helpful staff. 24hr secure access was great as could only get there after work or at weekends. Reasonable price too. Would definitively use them again.
