Fantastic place of fitness positivity and wellbeing.
Excellent results in a short time. Wonderful variety of CrossFit and weight lifting workouts with straight forward instructions and plans filling every minute of each and every session. A great opportunity to meet like minded people, with dynamic encouraging coaches all working together.
Great place, really welcoming staff considering I was doing a drop in session to get my lifting done. Very nice looking gym with lovely equipment including some nice lifting platforms. Will definitely look to go back and would recommend to anyone
Fantastic place, gym equipment is excellent and the classes are intense but amazing. Catered for all abilities and the staff and coaches are friendly and supportive. Top place.
