I used the gym for 18 months when I moved to Wales and have since moved away so won't be using the gym anymore so this is an unbiast review. I enjoyed every moment training in this great gym, it is ideal for both new trainers and experienced alike. It is run by a lovely family and a non intimidating atmosphere all the regular gym users were really friendly and there was no attitude or egos. I really recommend this for anyone don't be afraid to join everyone will make you welcome. I will certainly miss training here.
Best gym around here with excellent selection of classes and equipment.
Only been there once so far.Really impressed with all the equipment they have there and it's a lower monthly fee compared to other gyms.
