It is good to see that this has survived but it does now look slightly out of place with the modern buildings around it. However, it is a very impressive landmark and I assume meeting point within Salisbury.

Needs tidying up but it is a pretty landmark And they offer food at 6.30 from a charity for people without food and at 3pm it's called the soup run Apart from being covered in pigeon poo its ok

Site where the vendors selling poultry would set up on market days in old Salisbury. It is very convient to walk by it but to look at it seems just another old thing but to understand that this is a marker of the oldest continuous farmers market in the UK dating back to the 1200s and to appreciate the setting makes it worth visiting and taking a break sitting on the stone benches in its shade. It is also right across the street from Haunch of Venison which is great place to eat and full of history itself.

Nice monument to have a quick look at when you're passing by. The stonework is very intricate, though noticeably aging.
