We used Severn Estates to move house and they were fantastic from start to finish. Quick quotes, really competitive price and extremely friendly guys. They even found our properties on Rightmove so knew what contents they would have to move without coming round or doing any kind of video, as some companies do now. They could not do enough to get us moved in despite many, many obstacles and date changes - not caused by them. When the sellers of our new house had failed to pack and move out on time, Severn Estates helped them move out quickly, so we could move in. This was completely not their responsibility and many would have washed their hands of the problem - but these guys went above and beyond to get us moved in. They also collected from our three different properties (one Manchester and 2 Midlands), stored some of the contents for several weeks, and moved all contents in to the new property in one go. All property collections were done different times to suit different exchange dates. They were quick, efficient and were nothing but professional. I even contacted them again recently to move a very heavy stone bath tub upstairs, because noone else could do it. They accepted the challenge and got an extremely heavy bath up a winding staircase - with a Minton floor at the bottom and a massive stained glass window at the top - with 4 of their men, in minimal time and with no damage. Could not praise them highly enough!
