After using many couriers from small companies to recognised giant companies, i was let down by many, even by well known recognised firms the service was really awful, our company stands on customer satisfaction, from purchasing the item to the delivery, after being let down by many we came across Breakwells last year, and I personally think this review will not do justice to how excellent this company is, from collection to delivery we are notified of every move, they even work around our timings which a-lot of firms don’t do, this year will be one of the biggest years for us in terms of wholesaling artificial grass, and i’m glad breakwells will be there to support us and be with us on this incredible journey, once again thank you to everyone at breakwells specially Stacy who is a amazing women and goes far and beyond to help and give the best support she can to her customers, once again a big thank you from the team at Deluxe Carpets & Flooring Ltd Willenhall 😊
A reliable delivery sevice
Don’t wish to tarnish all staff with the same brush but got attitude whilst trying to sort a delivery out. Terrible customer service!

thieves thats what they are, they change prices as they feel like, damage goods, when they cant do the job they start demanding storage fees etc. i would seriously not advise anyone to use these people. the girls in the office and proper rude and totally useless
better to have monkeys
