Went to this restaurant for Sunday roast this is the second time we went will not go again or not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed with the food we wanted to give them a another chance that’s why we went second time not happy with the food very poor ☹️

The Bay Botanical are at present doing take away menues we tried the Sunday Roast take away and were very impressed with the food and deserts, the lamb and veggies were were lovely and home cooked, We are so impressed that when they are able to open the internal restaurant for customers seating we will definitely go and have a meal inside. The customer service from the owner and staff are Immaculate, Highly recommend this Restaurant, From Ken and Yvonne Pitcher

Dreadful! Had to ask for menus, had to then ask to order. Waited over 25 minutes for a bagel and sandwich. Had obviously been left out in the kitchen as the toasted bagel was cold and the (bog standard supermarket bread) crusts of the sandwich were hard. Massively overpriced, £5.15 for a cold bagel with a slither of cream cheese. Zero customer service and awful decor. In response to the owner's rude reply. We were there on a Saturday so did not have half priced food and the 'side salad' you refer to wasn't mentioned because it was simply a couple of lettuce leaves with a slice of cucumber, it was pitiful. If you are the older lady with the long blonde hair I did want to speak to you but you weren't around when we went to pay and I didn't feel it fair to raise it with the young girls. The worst part of the service was actually from you, it was you I had to ask where our food was after 25 minutes (given there were only 2 other tables occupied in the whole place) you did not apologise, nor did you ask how everything was, you simply skulked away. I take no pleasure in leaving poor reviews but your rude response proves exactly what type of establishment you run. Also you appear to have hiked up your prices. Your website quotes £7.95 for a jacket potato with chilli, yet the menu we were given it was £9.95!
