The doctor is helpful but the Admin staff at this practice are the worse I have ever come across. Rude, unhelpful, "Computer says no.." attitude. It's such a shame as the medical staff are fabulous. Note for Practice Manager - maybe your staff need retraining or if the job is too stressful for them, they should be encouraged to find a job that doesnt involve the public

Drs and nursing staff are excellent and have always been very helpful. Some of reception staff could be a little more approachable and understanding. Otherwise and excellent surgery and i highly recommend

Absolutely fabulous service, doctor very understanding and caring. Reception staff very nice try to get you appointments as soon as they can. Would recommend to anyone

Lack of communication gp and rheumatologist .rheumatologist prescribed pain realif medication. I was in the lowest dosis I asked to increase it .gp says he cant increase it that its up to rheumatologist then i called rehumathologist he said its up to gp to increase it I had weeks trying to sort it and I couldn't coz non of them wanted to increase it and passed the responsibility to eachother . Its been a month without pain killers now feeling stabbing pain on my leg and all all over my body coz I have hypermobility desorder where my bones dislocate every day and in a few months will go to geneticists because there is a a possibility I could have eds. I wake up in pain every single day and how on earth im stuck in the limbo.
