Very good business to deal with. The installed it on time and no unexpected extras either. Works very good and very quiet as well. Highly recommend them. Great kitchen gas advice about the gas meter and pipe work too. No one else noticed the problem. Very good price.

Installation of Fresh Air Supply Fan, Two Fan speed controllers and one Ventam 75/85 Gas Interlock System at Hazelgrove Nursing Home Brighton on 8th April 2020 Copy email to Laurence Burke: Ventam Systems Ltd Director Good Afternoon Laurence, I just thought I’d take this opportunity to drop you a brief email following the recent works undertaken by Ventam Systems Ltd at Hazelgrove Nursing Home Brighton on Wednesday 8th April 2020. As you know the work requested was the replacement of a Ventam 75/85 Gas Interlock System, the installation of a fresh air fan, two fan speed controllers and indeed problem solving on some previously adapted / modified control wiring and adjustment to a cooker gas pipework. Your engineers Mr. Bill Mitchell and son Ben Mitchell and indeed demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and competence dealing with the situation. The work was conducted in an excellent manner and the guys cleared up after the works were completed. The system was demonstrated as functioning perfectly as per design and on behalf of Hazelgrove Nursing home, I would like to extend much appreciation and gratitude for the excellent service and work received. These engineers are indeed a credit to Ventam Systems Ltd. Please pass on my appreciation and all the best for the future.

NEVER AGAIN, GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF Engineers were available within 24 hours to fit and take the money for a new extractor fan for my commercial kitchen. They are no longer available this quickly 1 year later, 10 days after the warranty ended to look at the same no longer working extractor unless I cough up £180+VAT. Given 3 options, pay the money for a site visit, wait until someone was in the area, which apparently they are "sometimes" or order and pay for a new fan because it is "probably the motor and i am likely to need a new fan" It was not explained to me that this fan may have a life expectancy of 12 months when I handed over my money last year but apparently it is not uncommon with this company as told by them directly. It's OK though, because its no longer their problem as the warranty ran out 10 days ago so fair do's, its my problem now !!
